WHAT ARE THE THICKEST – HIGHEST SUPPORT LEGGINGS?

SUPPLEX® leggings offer the highest compression level and "hold-you-in" sensation.

WHAT IS EMANA AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

EMANA® is a revolutionary and high-tech fabric with bioactive crystals that absorbs body heat and converts it into infrared rays that promote collagen synthesis, improving blood micro-circulation and skin elasticity, reducing the signs of cellulite.  For best results it is recommended that women wear Brasilfit Emana Leggings for a minimum of six hours per day for 30 consecutive days.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUPPLEX®, EMANA® AND XTREME?

• SUPPLEX offers you the feel of cotton with the benefits of an advanced fibre technology, resulting in a fully breathable product which resists moisture and odours. SUPPLEX is a strong fabric known for its ‘hold-you-in’ sensation, giving your body the highest support level and a smooth shape. It is long lasting and does not shrink, pill, fade or loses its shape. It has the cotton look and feel – matt and thick material.  Compression Level: VERY HIGH
• EMANA is a high-tech fabric with bioactive crystals that helps reduce the signs of cellulite and improves skin elasticity. It offers superior thermo-regulation and has a significant cooling effect. EMANA has a shinier look and silky touch and feel.  Compression Level: HIGH
• XTREME is a high compression fabric which helps with blood circulation and assists with muscle recovery after exercising. It is long lasting and does not shrink, pill, fade or loses its shape. XTREME has a slightly shiny look and silky and cooler touch to the skin.  Compression Level: HIGH

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH OF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN BRAZIL?

It’s very simple – all of them!  Brazil is the essence of our company.  All our fabrics are 100% sourced and made in Brazil.  Our activewear range is constructed and manufactured in Brazil.

WHAT FABRIC ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CONSTRUCTED FROM?

Our products are designed for real women with busy schedules who like to move and hence we make our Brasilfit products from high quality Polyamide fabrics.  Polyamide has the highest resistance of all textile raw materials (also when wet) and is extremely stretchy but retains shape.  Polyamide fabrics tend to have a better feel, because they have softer and more flexible fibres.  We do not sell polyester and none of our product are made from polyester - this is why our customers tell us our products feel luxurious to touch.  They will also perform well for you during intense exercise as they wick away sweat to keep you cool and comfortable.  Polyamide displays a 'wicking effect', whereby, its fibres transports water like a glass tube (capillary) from within the garment and releases it into the atmosphere, thus leading sweat away from the body.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE

Deliveries to a metropolitan address are normally 2-3 days.  For more information about shipping, including postage fees & international deliveries, please view our Shipping Information page.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

To minimise postage costs we do not track orders to Ireland & UK.  For International orders you can track your order.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email from An Post or Royal Mail with information regarding your parcel, including tracking ID number.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Firstly, check your email address is entered correctly, this can be done by checking your order history in the My Details section on the site. Secondly ensure you check junk/ spam folders and, if found here, add Brasilfit to the safe senders list.  If you're still having troubles, contact our Customer Service team.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

HOW DO I RETURN GOODS?

We know that sometimes sizing or styling can be tricky so we are happy for you to return your online purchase.  Simply return the item within 28 days from date of invoice and we will happily provide an exchange, credit or refund.  Please leave all tickets and tags.  Simply complete the enclosed returns form and return with your item(s) and tax invoice to:  Brasilfit, 25 Lower Darkley Road, Keady, Co. Armagh, BT60 2RZ, Northern Ireland

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

We'll email you updates throughout the returns process but just in case, here's how it works: Once received, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days.  For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A STYLE I HAVE ORDERED IS SOLD OUT?

We always make our best efforts to ensure all stock levels are 100% accurate, however if an item is sold out we reserve the right to cancel the order, issue a refund or offer an exchange on the item for an equal amount. 

A STYLE/COLOUR/SIZE IS SOLD OUT, WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE?

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

Simply log in to your account and click the My Details link at the top right corner of the Home Page.  Once details have been changed click the submit button to update.
